7 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

755bat may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Suspicious transactions or suspected money laundering.
• Court orders or directives from regulatory authorities.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Upon account closure, any verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless fraud or a breach of the rules has been established. Contact the support team to find out the reason for closure.
